Othen Care Limited aim to provide a high quality care service that enhances your lifestyle and enables you to remain living safely and happy within your own home. We provide support to:  people with dementia, the elderly, people with learning disabilities, people with physical disabilities and people who have mental health problems. It is our aim to provide you with a service that enhances your lifestyle and enables you to continue living happily and safely at home.

Personal Care
	Help with washing and dressing
Shopping
	We can do your shopping for you or your carer can go with you to provide support while you shop
Socialising
	We can arrange for your carer to accompany you to social events and provide support where needed
Medication Management
	We can collect your prescriptions, prompt you to take your medication if required and assist you to open your medication if your find it difficult. We also provide staff who are trained to administer certain types of medication where required. The type of assistance required can be determined at our initial meeting but can be changed if your needs change
Safety checks
	We can provide pop in visits just to make sure you are safe and well
Companionship
	Your carer can be there for you, just simply to be there as a companion
Meal preparation
	We can help you to prepare your meals or your carer can assist you where required to prepare your own meals to help you remain as independent as possible
Domestic duties
	We can provide light domestic support, for example hoovering, polishing, washing and ironing
It is your choice to decide which of the above is included in your care plan and you will be at the centre of the care planning process. Your plan can be updated as often as required to adapt to any changes within your life.   We can deliver your care as a complete live-in care arrangement or we can provide carers to you on a daily basis within Wiltshire and Hampshire.
