About our staff
Our wonderful
staff are the driving force through the company. All are carefully
selected through a rigorous recruitment process. This includes:
an enhanced Criminal Bureau check, face to face interviews and
training. Additional qualities we look for include; compassion,
respect, commitment, understanding and a friendly attitude.The Staff balance within the Organisation
is structured into the following Job Positions:
- Director / Registered Provider
- Domiciliary Care Services Manager /
Supervisor
- Care Worker
Care Workers are required to
have, as a minimum, the following qualifications in order for
them to provide care services for clients at their homes:
- Basic food hygiene
- Manual handling
- First Aid
- Infection control
- Fire safety
- Health and Safety
- Abuse Awareness
- Understanding Dementia
We offer support to many Clients with
different conditions and our training programs are tailored to
meet the needs of our Clients. In addition to the above
compulsory courses we also provide training in the following;
Nutrition, dignity and respect, diabetic diet and insulin
controlled, palliative care and bereavement, parkinsons,
pressure sores, stoma and stroke.
Care staff are very important to
us and are continually supported throughout the year with
a staff training and development programme.
